About Priscom Computers
Priscom Computers is a computer and electronics retailer and hardware repair workshop operating two storefronts in Nairobi's Central Business District — one on Moi Avenue and one on Luthuli Avenue. We sell new and Ex-UK refurbished laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, accessories and CCTV equipment, and we repair laptops and computers in our own workshop.
Who we are
Priscom Computers is the retail and repair arm of a business founded and run by Onesmus Kibui Murimi, who also founded Priscom Solutions Ltd, a software development company. Founded in 2018.
Our two Nairobi CBD stores
Moi Avenue — retail and corporate supply.
Rahimtulla Trust Building, 1st Floor, Shop 6, Moi Avenue (opposite Bihi Towers). This is our retail floor — laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, accessories — and where corporate and institutional orders are handled. Luthuli Avenue — repair workshop and spare parts.
White Ash Complex, Luthuli Avenue / Munyu Road junction, Shop B13. This is Priscom's primary repair and technical-service location — screen replacement, battery replacement, motherboard and chip-level repair, SSD and RAM upgrades, liquid-damage recovery and data recovery. What we do
- Retail: new laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Toshiba, Samsung), Ex-UK refurbished laptops, desktops, all-in-one PCs, monitors, printers and toners, computer accessories, networking gear and CCTV kits.
- Repair: laptop and computer hardware repair in our own workshop — screen replacement, keyboard replacement, battery installation, general repairs and maintenance, motherboard repair, and charging-port repair. MacBook repairs are not done in-house — we send those to a third-party specialist partner.
- Corporate / B2B supply: bulk IT supply to companies, NGOs, government and educational institutions, including supply on LPO.
