Priscom stocks new and Ex-UK refurbished Dell laptops — Latitude business models, and Inspiron, Vostro and XPS consumer/prosumer lines. New units carry up to 12 months warranty (varies by model); Ex-UK units are Grade A stock only, tested and verified, with a 3-month Priscom warranty.

A new Dell laptop is factory-sealed with the manufacturer's own warranty. An Ex-UK Dell laptop — usually a Latitude — is a used, ex-corporate machine, tested and verified to Grade A before sale. Latitude is Dell's business line with a durable build; Vostro is a step below Latitude; Inspiron and XPS are consumer/prosumer lines usually sold new.
